  6. Payment of Internet Society annual dues may be made via check, money order, 
  7. or credit card.  Annual dues for individual membership are $70 per year for
  8. individual members, and $25 per year for student members.

  11. Instructions for Payments by Check or Money Order
  12. Please make all checks and money orders payable in US Dollars to Internet
  13. Society and mail to the following address:

  19. Please note on the check or money order the member's name, membership number 
  20. and invoice number. Checks and money orders included with an application form
  21. must have the prospective member's name noted on it.

  24. Instructions for Payments by Credit Card
  25. The Internet Society currently accepts the following credit cards: American
  26. Express, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club, Mastercard, and VISA. Credit card
  27. payments will be accepted via postal mail, electronic mail, telephone or 
  28. fax. In order to process credit card payments, please include the credit 
  29. card type, the credit card number, the name of the individual on the credit
  30. card, the signature of the individual on the credit card and the expiration
  31. date. Please also include the member's name (if different than the individual's
  32. name on the credit card), membership number and invoice number with the 
  33. payment.  For those credit card payments sent via electronic mail, the Header 
  34. of the message will be used in lieu of a signature. Please send credit card
